Plant Mom

I’m not one of those serious plant moms whose windowsills are completely absorbed by plants. My plants don’t have names or complicated watering schedules.

I like plants (and seeds as a metaphor for marketing) because they are living, breathing things that grow and evolve, just as we do.

Some plants are perfectly happy one season, and wilting away the next. By adapting them to new areas of the house in sunlight or shade, and providing more nutrients as needed, I maintain my plants health and happiness all year long.

Just as I tend to my plants before extended time away, i automate and schedule my business activities so that everything is in balance. now my mind gets a break to experience the world outside of work.

Being a plant mom is all about living in harmony, not a constant tug for attention. I believe our businesses should feel the same way. what part of your business feels like more work than it should?
